Vegetable capcay meatball sauce Ingredients: 2 or more medium-sized meatballs 1 chicken egg 1 young corn Broccoli, mustard greens, and cauliflower that have been washed and cut to taste -1 carrot Seasoning: Sugar and salt 3 cloves of onion white sweet soy sauce, a little oyster sauce and mushroom broth to taste Oil and water How to make: Capcay sauce recipe, stir-fry the garlic, after it smells good, add the eggs and scramble until cooked.
